• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Obtain necessary permissions for event venues when not provided by Hexiduy.com

4. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit payment. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event: full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: no refund

Hexiduy.com reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

5. Service Limitations

Hexiduy.com strives to provide high-quality services but acknowledges the following limitations:

• Weather conditions may affect outdoor events, and alternative arrangements may be necessary
• Certain entertainment options may have age, space, or safety restrictions
• Services are subject to staff and equipment availability
• We reserve the right to substitute similar services of equal value if necessary
• Maximum participant numbers must be adhered to as specified in the booking agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Hexiduy.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hexiduy.com and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Photographs taken during events may be used by Hexiduy.com for promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing before the event.

7. Liability Limitations

Hexiduy.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents occurring during events, except those directly caused by our negligence
• Loss or damage to personal property during events
• Dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of services (e.g., entertainment preferences)
• Third-party vendor services recommended but not directly provided by Hexiduy.com
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, public emergencies, or government restrictions

8. Privacy Policy

9. Dispute Resolution
